  • 12 crescent rolls (8 and 4 pkg.)
  • 8 oz. light cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. lo-cal mayo
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dip mix
  • 1 c. each chopped broccoli and carrots
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped cauliflower
  • 4 1/2 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 small pkg. Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Unroll rolls; press together on baking sheet and bake.

    Let cool.

    Mix cream cheese, mayo and dip mix together.

    Spread on cooled crust (may not need entire mix).

    Sprinkle broccoli, carrots, cauliflower and cheeses over mix.

    Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
