- 1 c. evaporated skim milk
- 1 c. 1% milk
- 10 pkg. Equal or to taste
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2 Egg Beaters (equivalent to 4 eggs)
- 6 medium bananas
- 1 box Nilla brand vanilla wafers
- 2 heaping Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Add milk, eggs, vanilla and flour in blender.

2Mix until well blended.

3Pour into 2-quart double boiler.

4Do not add Equal at this time (it is important that you let it cool as Equal breaks down in heat).

5Slice bananas.

6Put alternate layers of vanilla wafers and bananas in large serving dish.
