  • 2/3 c. skim milk
  • 1/3 c. oil

    Combine skim milk and oil.

    Pour all at once into self-rising flour.

    Stir with spoon.

    Pat out on floured surface and cut with biscuit cutter. Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.
