- 1/2 cup nonfat milk or almond milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/3 scoop vanilla powder
- 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter I prefer crunchy style
- ground cinnamon a shake of, opt.
- 1/3 banana chopped, opt.
Directions

1Put oats, milk and water in a good size bowl. (needs room to expand) Put in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Watch to make sure it does not boil over.

2Add protein powder, P.B., chocolate chips and cinnamon, banana.

3Stir and eat.
