- 1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 c. shredded zucchini
- 3 c. shredded cabbage
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Brown ground beef; add onion and garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring.

2Add zucchini and cabbage; cook 2 minutes.

3Stir in cornstarch, soy sauce, sugar and pepper.

4Cook for an additional 1 minute.

5Place about 2 tablespoons of beef mixture onto egg roll wrapper near a corner.

6Fold over corner and then roll once.

7Fold in sides and continue to roll, closing up beef mixture.

8Beat one egg and coat edges of egg roll.

9Press to seal.

10Fry in 1 to 1 1/2-inches of hot salad oil.

11Serve with Plum Sauce.
