- 1 tablespoon granola cereal (i use organic no sugar museli)
- 1 tablespoon quinoa
- 1 tablespoon soya granules (toasted flakes, nuy in health stores usually)
- 12 tablespoon goji berry
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds (hulled)
- 1 tablespoon seeds (I blitz, sunflower, pumpkin, soya, seseame & flax together and store in an air tight container and k)
- 1 banana
- 14 cup soya milk (the brand i use has extra calcium)
Directions

1- Just add all of the above into a bowl and voila -- Bonne Appetite!
