  • 3 tbsp oats
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 medjool dates
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp almond butter

    Throw all the ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth.

    Add more or less milk to obtain preferred consistency.

    The banana can be peeled and frozen a few hours before making the shake to obtain a milkshake-like texture.

    Almond/oat milk or amother dairy free alternative can be used to make this recipe vegan.
