  • 3 cups mixed dried fruit (raisins, sultanas, dried apricots, cherries, peel etc)
  • 1 cup nuts, and seeds of your choice (almonds. hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame etc)
  • 2 tablespoons whole meal flour or 2 tablespoons any baking mix
  • 3 eggs

    Mix and press into greased shallow lamington tin, cook for 30 mins @ 180C Cut into squares when cold.
