- 1/4 Tbsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cornmeal
- 1/2 c. rolled oats
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 eggs, well beaten
Directions

1Sift all dry ingredients together.

2Combine buttermilk, sour cream and eggs.

3Mix with dry ingredients and cook on lightly greased griddle.

4Batter may be kept up to a week in refrigerator. Makes 36 pancakes.
