  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 1/2 jalapeno
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 4 tsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 lb. goat cheese, run through food processor
  • 6 plum tomatoes
  • small amount cucumber

    Puree all but tomatoes.

    Process tomatoes only to chunky stage.

    Pour over fresh cooked angel hair or fettucini.
