- 1/4 lb. pork sausage meat
- 2 Tbsp. onion, diced
- 3 c. milk
- 2 potatoes (uncooked and cubed)
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/4 c. cream-style corn
Directions

1Break up sausage meat and saute in kettle until crisp and crumbly.

2Remove meat and reserve.

3To fat, add onion; cook about 10 minutes.

4Add milk, potatoes and bay leaf.

5Cover; simmer 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

6Add salt, pepper and corn. Just before serving, add meat and heat through.

7Makes 6 servings.
