Heavenly Chocolate Cake

   Preheat oven to 350°.

   Stir cake mix and cocoa.

   Add remaining ingredients.

   Beat at medium speed until well blended.

   Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch baking pan or two 9-inch round pans.

   Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until toothpick comes clean.

   Cool and frost as desired.
