  • 2 cans crushed pineapple
  • miniature marshmallows
  • 20 cut-up maraschino cherries

Directions

    Cook rice and put in refrigerator to get cold, about 2 hours. Whip whipping cream.

    Combine all ingredients and put in rice including whipping cream.

    Juice from cherries can be used to tint mixture pink.
