- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1/2 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 pinch dried thyme
- 1/2 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 2 chicken breast halves skinless and deboned
Directions

1In a bowl, add the parsley, oregano, thyme, basil, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, oil, and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Stir to obtain a homogeneous mixture.

2Add the chicken and cover the bowl. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

3Cook the chicken in a skillet on medium heat until golden brown on both sides and cooked on the inside.

4Let it cool for 5 minutes and cut into strips and serve.
