  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. fresh dill, minced
  • 1 tbsp. tarragon, minced
  • 1 tbsp. chervil
  • fennel, minced
  • 1 tbsp. chives, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. fresh marjoram, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2-2/3 tbsp. pepper
  • 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar

Directions

    Place oil, herbs, salt and pepper in a shaker bottle or large glass measuring cup.

    Let stand at room temperature for 3 to 4 hours.

    Add vinegar and shake or stir well to blend.
