  • 2 tablespoon each dried oregano, marjoram and basil
  • 4 teaspoons dried savory
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons rubbed sage
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup shortening
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan or Romano cheese

    Combine seasoning mix ingredients. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
