  • 4 slices French bread
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chives, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon basil, strips (not too big)
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, for basting
  • 12 tablespoon butter
  • 14 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 10 sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, chopped
  • 2 marinated artichoke hearts, chopped

Directions

    Baste the bread with olive oil, put small slices of butter on top.

    Put the sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke, rosemary, chives, thyme, and basil, on top evenly spread across the bread, Then sprinkle the cheese on top.

    Toast under broiler till edges are are a nice crispy brown and cheese is melted.
