- 4 slices French bread
- 1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chives, sliced
- 1 tablespoon basil, strips (not too big)
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, for basting
- 12 tablespoon butter
- 14 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 10 sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, chopped
- 2 marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
Directions

1Baste the bread with olive oil, put small slices of butter on top.

2Put the sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke, rosemary, chives, thyme, and basil, on top evenly spread across the bread, Then sprinkle the cheese on top.

3Toast under broiler till edges are are a nice crispy brown and cheese is melted.
