- 3 to 4 lb. ground pork butts
- 3 diced onions
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1/3 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/3 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. allspice
Directions

1In pot, combine meat and onions.

2Add salt and pepper to taste.

3Cover meat with water; heat to boil.

4Reduce heat and simmer slowly for three hours; turn heat off.

5Remove excess fat from pot with ladle.

6Leave enough liquid so meat will not be dry. Add cloves, cinnamon, ginger and allspice; mix well.

7Makes great pork pies or turkey stuffing.
