- 2 cups dried celery flakes
- 2/3 cup dried onion flakes
- 1/2 cup dried parsley
- 2 tablespoons dried chives
- 1 tablespoon dried tarragon
- 1 tablespoon salt

3TO PREPARE RICE MIX: YOU WILL NEED FOR EACH SERVING; 1/4 CUP RICE MIX, 2/3 CUP WATER, AND 1 TEASPOON BUTTER. BRING WATER AND BUTTER TO BOIL, ADD RICE MIX AND REDUCE HEAT. SIMMER 20 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND LET STAND 5 MINUTES. FLUFF WITH A FORK.
