- 2 c. uncooked long grain rice
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 4 c. chicken broth
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 2 to 3 c. chicken, beef or vegetarian products
Directions

1In a skillet, saute rice, celery and onion in butter until the rice is lightly browned and the vegetables are tender.

2Spoon into a greased 2-quart casserole.

3Combine all remaining ingredients; pour over rice mixture.
