  • 1 tsp. tarragon, crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp. low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
