- 2 pkg. (10 oz.) each frozen chopped spinach
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1/4 c. margarine, softened
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. ground thyme
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
Directions

1Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well, squeezing out excess liquid.

2Combine spinach with remaining ingredients in a large bowl.

3Pour into greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.

4Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

5Uncover and bake 5 minutes more or until set.
