  • 15 ounces white kidney beans, canned rinsed, drained
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
  • 1 large garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano dried
  • 1 x cayenne pepper
