  • 1 c. peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. oatmeal
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda

    Beat first 3 ingredients until creamy.

    Beating water, egg, and vanilla.

    Add dry ingredients and mix well.

    Cover and chill for about 2 hours.

    Heat oven to 350.

    Shape into 1-inch balls.

    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake 8 - 9 minutes.

    Place Hershey kiss in center of cookie while still warm.
