  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. meat tenderizer
  • 1 Tbsp. cumin
  • 1 Tbsp. black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic salt

Directions
