  • 2 cups sugar
  • 6 whole eggs, beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 quart ground hickory or pecans
  • 1 c. butter
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 c. whiskey, brandy or wine

Directions

    Mix all ingredients. Pour into grease pan. Bake at 350 degrees for one 1 1/2 hours. Ice with 7 minute frosting or frosting of choice.
