- 4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Combine dry ingredients and add to the creamed mixture, one cup at a time.

3Prick all over with a fork.

4Place in a preheated 375° oven and immediately reduce heat to 300°.

5Bake for 1 hour until pale golden brown.

6Cut in fingers while hot.

7Cool in pan.
