- 1 lb. carrots, sliced
- 1/4 c. golden raisins
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 c. sliced, unpeeled almonds
Directions

1Cook carrots, covered, in 3 inches water.

2Drain; put in 1-quart baking dish.

3Add raisins, butter, honey, lemon juice and ginger.

4Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 35 minutes.

5Stir occasionally; sprinkle with almonds.
