- 4 c. eggnog
- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. butter, softened
- baked pie shell
Directions

1Blend eggnog and cornstarch in saucepan.

2Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils.

3Boil and stir for 1 minute.

4Remove from heat, blend in butter. Immediately pour into baked pie shell.

5Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 2 hours.

6Serve with whipped cream and sprinkle with shaved chocolate.
