- 2 cans enchilada sauce
- 2 cans chili (no beans)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 pkg. taco seasoning
- 12 tortillas
- 1 lb. grated Cheddar
- 1 onion, chopped
Directions

1Mix enchilada sauce, chili and soup; simmer 10 minutes.

2Brown beef; drain and add taco seasoning with a little water.

3Simmer. Soften tortillas one at a time in sauce; fill with meat mix, onion and cheese.

4Roll and layer in a casserole dish.

5Mix leftover sauce and meat; pour over rolls.

6Add grated cheese.

7Bake at 350° until bubbly.

8Top with chopped green onions.
