- 1 doz. eggs
- 1 lb. superfine sugar
- 1 qt. whiskey
- 1 pt. brandy
- 1 qt. milk
- 1 qt. heavy cream
- nutmeg
Directions

1Separate egg whites and yolks.

2Beat yolks with sugar in a large mixing bowl.

3Add the whiskey and brandy very slowly.

4Add cream and milk, rinsing the cream container with some of the milk. Wash beaters thoroughly.

5Beat egg whites until stiff; add to the mixture.

6Cover with aluminum foil and chill.

7Sprinkle each cup of egg nog with nutmeg when serving.
