- 1 (8 oz.) carton frozen egg substitute, partially thawed
- 1/4 c. instant nonfat dry milk powder
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. rum flavoring
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 6 ice cubes
- ground nutmeg
Directions

1Combine first eight ingredients in container of electric blender; cover and process until smooth.

2Pour into small glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg.
