  • 2 1/2 c. 2% low-fat milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton frozen egg substitute, partially thawed
  • 1/4 c. instant nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. rum flavoring
  • 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 6 ice cubes
  • ground nutmeg

Directions

    Combine first eight ingredients in container of electric blender; cover and process until smooth.

    Pour into small glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg.
