- 1/2 c. water
- 2 pkg. Pillsbury quick bread mix (any kind, date, nut or banana)
- 2 2/3 c. None Such ready to use mincemeat
- 1 c. nuts, chopped or 1/2
- 2 c. candied fruit
Directions

1Grease and flour 10-inch Bundt tube pan.

2In a large bowl, combine eggs and water.

3Add remaining ingredients; by hand, stir until combined.

4Pour into prepared pan.

5Bake at 350° for 80 to 90 minutes.

6Cool 15 minutes; invert on cooling rack.

7Cool completely.

8Wrap in foil and store in refrigerator.
