- 1 lb. box light brown sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 small bottle lemon flavoring
- 4 c. plain flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 2 c. finely chopped pecans
- 8 oz. candied cherries
- 8 oz. candied pineapple
- 8 oz. raisins
Directions

1Cream sugar and butter.

2Add eggs and beat thoroughly.

3Add dry ingredients (sifted together) to mixture.

4Add nut mixture. Pour in 10-inch tube pan and bake at 275° for 1 1/2 hours.
