  • 1 lb. box light brown sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 small bottle lemon flavoring
  • 4 c. plain flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 2 c. finely chopped pecans
  • 8 oz. candied cherries
  • 8 oz. candied pineapple
  • 8 oz. raisins

    Add nut mixture. Pour in 10-inch tube pan and bake at 275° for 1 1/2 hours.
