  • 5 or 6 medium potatoes
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 onion, diced
  • garlic powder to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Directions

    Melt butter in a large frying pan and add onion.

    Cut potatoes into bite size pieces or slice them to your desired thickness. Put potatoes in pan with butter and add garlic powder and pepper. Fry on medium heat until browned and tender.

    Serve with breakfast, lunch or dinner.
