Ingredients
- 3 to 4 lb. short ribs
- 4 potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 4 carrots, peeled and quartered
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 c. beef bouillon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. flour
Directions

1In large skillet brown the short ribs; drain.

2Place next 3 ingredients in crock-pot.

3Arrange ribs over vegetables.

4Combine all remaining ingredients EXCEPT flour.

5Pour over meat.

6Cover and cook on low heat 6 to 8 hours or until meat is tender.

7Remove ribs and vegetables.

8Turn control to high.
-
9Dissolve flour in small amount of water.

10Stir into sauce and cook on high for 10 to 15 minutes until thickened.

11Serve with meat and vegetables.

12Yields 4 to 6 servings.
