  • 5 c. rolled oats
  • 1 c. Bran Flakes
  • 1 1/2 c. sesame seed
  • 1 1/2 c. wheat germ
  • 1 c. soy flour
  • 1 c. non-instant dry milk
  • 1 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1 c. broken cashew nuts or almonds
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. honey
  • 1 c. dates or raisins (if desired)

    Combine all dry ingredients except dry fruit in a large mixing bowl.

    Combine honey and oil in a large measuring cup.
