- 5 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. Bran Flakes
- 1 1/2 c. sesame seed
- 1 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 1 c. soy flour
- 1 c. non-instant dry milk
- 1 c. sunflower seeds
- 1 c. broken cashew nuts or almonds
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. honey
- 1 c. dates or raisins (if desired)
Directions

1Combine all dry ingredients except dry fruit in a large mixing bowl.

2Combine honey and oil in a large measuring cup.

3Pour over ingredients, folding in with a large wooden spoon until well coated.

5large roasting pan and bake at 250° about 1 hour, or until light brown in color, stirring occasionally.
