- 2 lb. small cucumbers (about 10)
- 2 c. water
- 2 c. distilled white vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. coarse salt
- 1 Tbsp. dill
Directions

1In large bowl, combine all ingredients.

2Cover and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.

3Fit cucumbers into two quart jars.

4Pour in enough of vinegar mixture to cover cucumbers. Tighten lid and refrigerate for 1 week to develop flavor.
