1 lb ground hamburger meat
1 jar mild picante sauce
1/2 can whole kernel corn
cheddar cheese
1 med onioin

Directions

Brown hamburger meat and onions together, pour off grease. Mix your cornbread together like you were going to fix corn bread, only pour half of the mix in bottom of a large grease skillet, pour your cooked hamburger meat over the corn bread mix, drain water off corn and pour over hamburger meat, pour picante sauce over this, grate lots of mild cheddar cheese over this, then pour the rest of you corn bread mix over this and cook till corn bread is done.
