  • 1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
  • 4 oz. chopped and diced green chilies
  • 4 oz. finely chopped jalapeno peppers
  • 1 medium to large chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin

    Combine all ingredients by gently folding together.

    Tastes best when served fresh, but for jalapeno lovers, gets right after it's about 4 days old.
