- 500 grams soybeans
- 1 1/2 liter water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 as needed sugar to add in individual glass
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 sieve
- 1 cheesecloth
- 1 boiling pot
- 1 pandan 1eaves,optional
Directions

1Wash and clean soybeans,selected bad seeds out,then soak in water at least 5 hours,but for rush hour can soak in hot water for about 2 hours is ok

2Blend beans with water 1:3 from any cup you use ,repeat until all finish

3Strain blended beans with sieve or cheesecloth into boiling pot

4In boiling pot add some panda leaves if you have ,to make soymilk more aroma ,if dont have just leave it.

5Bring pot to simmer on low heat,stir frequently to protect from bottom burning,add salt and sugar ,take out bubbles on surface ,simmer about 30 mins ,its done

6Serve warm with some caramel sugar in individual glass

7Or refrigerate to drink in a couple day,or make some egg tofu ..
