  • 1 whole Sleeve Of Ritz Crackers (about 4 Oz. Sleeve)
  • 1 bag (12 Oz. Bag) Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 teaspoons Pure Peppermint Extract

Directions

    Melt chocolate in a glass bowl perched above a pot of simmering water. When melted, stir in peppermint extract. Dip Ritz crackers, one at a time, and remove with a fork. Tap off excess chocolate and place on a waxed paper-lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate until chocolate sets.

    If you have Andes candies baking bits, you can melt those instead and skip the peppermint extract. Now you've cut your ingredient list by 1/3!
