- 2 (16 oz.) cans chickpeas
- 1/2 c. tahini
- juice from 1 lemon
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- chopped parsley
- pita bread
Directions

1Drain the juice from 1 can of chickpeas.

2Place the drained beans in a blender.

3Add the second can of chickpeas, water and all.

4Add the tahini, lemon juice and garlic; blend until smooth. Pour onto a large plate and drizzle olive oil over top.

5Garnish with parsley.

6Serve with sliced vegetables for dip, along with pita bread cut into wedges.
