• 1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 tsp. baking soda
• 1/4 tsp. allspice
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1 1/2 c. finely grated carrots
• 1/3 c. raisins or nuts
