  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • cooking oil
  • 2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp. marjoram
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 lb. margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 rabbits, dressed

Directions

    Saute the onions and celery until onion is browned.

    Mix these with bread crumbs, spices, garlic and margarine.

    Add the eggs and mix thoroughly.

    Stuff the rabbits with this stuffing and sew them up.

    Roast on a rack in a roasting pan at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
