- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- cooking oil
- 2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp. marjoram
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 lb. margarine
- 2 eggs
- 2 rabbits, dressed
Directions

1Saute the onions and celery until onion is browned.

2Mix these with bread crumbs, spices, garlic and margarine.

3Add the eggs and mix thoroughly.

4Stuff the rabbits with this stuffing and sew them up.

5Roast on a rack in a roasting pan at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
