Honey Joys

Directions

   Preheat oven to 150'C .

   fill cupcake trays with cupcake papers and set aside till needed .

   place cornflakes in large bowl and set aside till needed .

   Heat butter , sugar and honey in small saucepan until frothy , remove from heat and add to the bowl of cornflakes and mix well to coat all .

   spoon spoonfuls of the cornflake mixture into the cupcake papers , heaped , and sprinkle with 100's and 1000's or edible silver balls to decorate and cake in the oven for 10 minutes or till lightly golden in colour .

   remove from heat and let set , kids love them .
