  • 2 Bread rolls
  • 8 slice Ham
  • 2 slice Sliced cheese (melting type)
  • 3 leaves Lettuce
  • 1/4 Onion
  • 1 Green bell pepper
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp White wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Grainy mustard
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 Mayonnaise

Directions

    Finely shred the lettuce and bell pepper.

    Slice the onion thinly, and put into a bowl of cold water.

    Mix the ingredients together.

    Cut the bread rolls into half lengthwise and open up.

    Put in the ham and cheese, and toast for about 2 minutes.

    Add the well drained vegetables, the combined ingredients, and mayonnaise, and it's done!
