- 3 cups flour
- 1 14 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 12 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 egg
- 14 cup honey
- 1 12 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Grease bread pan and flour lightly.

3Mix together flour, oats, baking powder, and salt In a separate bowl, beat egg and mix together with honey and milk.

4Combine ingredients, mixing well.

5NOTE: mixture will not be smooth.

6Pour into bread pan, bake for about 1 hour and 15 min, or until crusty and tester comes out clean.

7Pour melted butter over the top and turn out on wire rack.
