  • 1-1/2 cup Room Temperature Water
  • 1/4 cups Room Temperature Milk
  • 1-1/2 Tablespoon Honey
  • 2-3/4 cups Bread Flour
  • 3/4 cups Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1-3/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 3/4 teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
  • FOR THE GLAZE:
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Warm Water
