- 1 chicken, boiled and deboned
- 2 c. chicken stock
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
- 1 c. frozen green peas
- 1 small jar pimento
- 2 c. shredded cheese
- 1 c. half and half or 1 c. canned milk
Directions

1Boil 1 whole chicken with onions and celery; cool and debone. Chop meat in chunks.

2Thicken 2 cups chicken stock with 2 tablespoons flour.

3Cook 1 (8 ounce) package noodles; drain and add to chicken and thickened stock.

4Add 1 cup frozen peas and 1 small jar pimento.

5Pour into baking dish; top with shredded cheese and pour 1 cup half and half milk or 1 cup canned milk over all.

6Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes.

7Serve with hot rolls and a Jell-O or green salad.
